1. Who We Are

2. What Data We Collect

When you submit our audit request form, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your answers to qualifying questions about your TikTok Shop (budget, decision-making authority, current challenges, and timeline)
• If you book a call, your selected time slot and any details you provide through our scheduling tool

We also use standard website analytics that may log your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

3. Why We Collect It, and Our Legal Basis

We use this information to respond to your audit request, prepare for and conduct a scheduled call, and, where legally permitted, to follow up about our services. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Under GDPR Article 6, we process form and booking data based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a), given by submitting the form) and, where you go on to become a client, on the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). Website analytics data is processed based on your consent to non-essential cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)), given or withheld via the cookie banner.

4. Third-Party Processors and International Transfers

Our audit form submits directly via FormSubmit, which forwards your submission to our email inbox, and call scheduling is handled by Calendly. Both process data according to their own privacy policies, linked here. Neither service is controlled by GMV Forge once your data is submitted to it. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site; see Section 7 for how this is consent-gated.

FormSubmit, Calendly, and Google are US-based services, so using them can involve transferring your data to the United States. Where this happens, these providers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses as their legal safeguard for the transfer, per their own published privacy and data-processing terms.

5. Data Retention

We retain form submissions and call records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or deliver services, and delete them on request.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via WhatsApp at +49 152 1408 2385.

7. Cookies

We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic, which sets analytics cookies only after you accept them in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is recorded for your visit. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site and reloading the page. Embedded third-party tools (FormSubmit, Calendly) may set their own cookies when you interact with them directly, independent of this banner.
